You can be rest assured that you are going to be in safe hands and that your order will be handled by a member of staff who will be fully versed in everything to do with ‘personalised plates’.

We will coordinate all of the changes that are required on your vehicle’s documentation, to enable you to display your new personalised number plate. When we have completed your transfer or assignment we will provide you with a new road tax disc, MOT certificate (if the vehicle is over 3 years old) and also arrange the new V5C Vehicle Registration Certificate (known as the log book) through the DVLA in Swansea.
Our aftersales service.
Once you have purchased your new personalised registration number, our service doesn’t end there. We have a dedicated aftersales department which can be contacted on freephone 0800 915 15 75 Monday through to Saturday.
You can speak to our aftersales regarding the transfer progress of your new registration number or if you need us to answer any questions that you may have on your mind.
Any aftersales queries that you have can of course be dealt with by email or live chat should you prefer electronic communication. The more traditional client however, may take more comfort in the knowledge that our aftersales helpline gives you the opportunity to speak to a real person, who will always do their best to resolve any queries that you may have throughout the transfer period.
After we have completed your transfer, we are also here for you if you require advice further down the line when, for example: you may require the personalised registration transferring from your current vehicle onto your next vehicle.
